SIX!

I seriously just about keel over every time I realize that my little Krystal has turned six years old. CRAZY.LAND!

Here we are at with the Miller clan to celebrate!

She is in love with this Ariel doll my Mom and Dad got her.  We put rollers in both hers AND the dolls hair one night.  :)  Look how cute it turned out.  haha!

She wanted to have a Princess Party to celebrate with a few of her friends, so pink and princess she got!

Making Princess hats:
Pretty, pretty princesses!

I really got a kick out of the girls playing this "Guess which Princess I am" game.  They are SOOOOOO giggly!  Krystal lucked out by asking a good question right at first ... but, she carried on to the end before she gave her answer.  I love it!

Everyone played lots of hula hoop games ... and this one was the biggest hit:  join hands in a circle - make the hula hoop travel through each person in the circle while ALWAYS holding hands.  They wanted to play it over and over and over!  Here's Marissa getting through that hula hoop as quick as possible during one of the "timed" rounds.  She looks like she's moving pretty quick, eh?
... more giggling (never ended)  :)

Gotta love the Jenson tongue Krystal has going on this one.  It was interesting how tricky the "one-armed-hula-hooping" was for the littles.

Presents for the princess - and these girls make the cutest cards and pictures!

Birthday candles:

And here we are celebrating Krystal at the Jensons!  She got lotsa celebrating this month!

Krystal and her favorite Plonnie (Pon Pon)!

She's growing up!  Still little ... but, sassier and funnier and smarter and clever-er and sweeter and demanding-er and playful-er and bossier and independent-er ... every day.  We sure love you, Kryssie pie!!  You keep us smiling - and hugging - and kissing.  Cuz' you're our Kissie Kryssie!  :)

Pine Wood Derby 2011

Kent and Leisy got back from Australia just in time to join us for the Pine Wood Derby this year!!  It was fun to have them there with us.

We all had a countdown each time a race would begin.  The kids all LOVED that!

Here's Aaron getting his car ready and cheering it on:

Watching the races together!

Aaron placed 7th this year ... about right in the middle.  We had a fun night!

Early Easter

Grandma Pat got us all mixed up thinking that Easter was the last weekend in March. I actually was pretty bummed to discover it was nearly a month later! haha. But - she had an easter hunt extravaganza anyway while the boys were in town ... and, despite the windy conditions - it was a hit!

Here are the kiddos being crazy with their Easter ... bags.  :)

On the hunt.  Marissa is trying to keep her bag under control.

Love this cute Ikey-poo.  Here are he and M counting his eggs.  The kiddos were suppose to find 12 or so each.  Krystal and Hanna each managed to snag 17 or 18 before we realized what was going on, though.  They both acted all innocent as they quickly chucked plastic eggs out of their sacks. haha.

The kids were very anxious to get inside and dig through the goods:

Finally - treasure is discovered!!

Ike pretty much had a Popsicle stained face the entire week (LOL!!) - and Aaron told me after this picture that it's REALLY hard to pose for the camera when one is trying to look through easter egg prizes!!  SHEESH, Mom!!

Grandma Pat put numbers in some of the eggs for special prizes.  That was AWESOME!!

And then we got to Skype Kent and Leisy in Australia!!  That was really cool.  Ike had to cling to his BoBo bunny and binky afterwards for a bit, though (those are the kite-flying pictures).
Man, I miss those cuties.

Bean Museum

Here's the gang - minus Krystal (who knows where she is??) - gotta love Megan's "set in stone" scared face with all these scary animals everywhere! LOL!

Marissa with Megan giving her "This is SOOOO scary" pose.  And, it's pretty obvious that Aaron and Ikey were just perfect buddies.

I just love this picture of these two ... they really were inseparable!

I really enjoyed watching these boys browse around together.  It was so cute.  And here's Marissa making sure we get this same picture that we get year after year with the big mouthed hippo:

Gettin' their bear on:

Spending time with gramps ... and the taaaaaaaaaall giraffe:

What a fun day!
