Please take our poll
Michelle and I can't seem to agree on what we should do. So I thought it would be fun to conduct a poll and see what y'all think.
So as far as upgrading the outside lights we did. Mostly everyone goes with the standard. you can drive thru the neighborhood and see all the people with the standard light. but it is also something easy to change later down the road. i dont think it is something that you have to do right now.
if you rent you'll have to deal with the upkeep still, the stress of making sure you have good tenants, and then dealing with fixing it all up again when you really do want to get rid of it! too much stress.
I agree with Kent and Leisy; renting may be more of a pain than anything. You never know when you get loser renters who don't take care of things or who get behind on rent.

If you don't sell how are you going to put a yard in?
